How do I reorder my medication?

For your convenience, Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy will contact you or your physician each time to schedule your reorder. If you are a new patient or if you have a new prescription, please call Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy at 1(866) 888-3200 to start your prescription.

Do I need to inform Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy with any changes in therapy?

To prevent unnecessary medication being shipped after therapy is discontinued you need to inform Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy at 1(866) 888-3200 when therapy ends.

What should I do with used syringes?

Your health and safety is our top priority. Please call your local Public Health Department or visit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) online for the appropriate steps to take when disposing of your syringes and Sharps container.

Who do I call when my insurance changes?

If your insurance changes it is important to notify Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy immediately. This will allow us to maintain proper authorization and continue to provide service. If you fail to report insurance changes to Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy and medication is shipped to your home or physician’s office, you may be responsible for those charges.

How is my medication delivered?

Your medication is delivered free, same day/overnight or via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or our Glen Rock delivery professionals. Once you receive it, you should follow the storage requirements. If you do not receive your package by 3 pm on the scheduled delivery day, please call Glen Rock Medical Pharmacy at 1(866) 888-3200 for assistance.
